Ok, it's o levels results day... And fine, so I'm not the recipient this year, but it still concerns people around me right? Fine. Just to list some advices to people choosing their JCs, least they become me... Er... Oh shucks.

Anyway, just to tell you guys not to waste your first choice. Please, don't try to place a bet, and end up not in your first choice or second, or third... Man, that hurts. Really, and really, choose a school that you think is your standard. Try not to go to jcs that you know you can't cope but want because it's your dream school. You'll probably end up quite pitifully, not coping with most subs. The best is to aim for a school that you know that you should be the high flyers, or say the least, the average cohort. That will boost your morale, and you'll do better than if you were in a good school but you rank bottom.

Ok, I think I sound pessimistic, but that's really how I felt when I was in JAE. Man, I don't wanna talk about it, but those days it really sucked, right down to the very rock bottom. I was totally at odds on where I should go. Take it from me, don't ever feel that your results suck, coz in the end, it doesn't matter. At least, they don't matter to me now. I'm in a decent JC (fine, average), I'm doing quite well, I have great friends in school... You don't have to get into the best or the dream school. To me, being realistic is better. I don't know about poly-goers, but here's a little talk from me. You don't have to listen, I'm just talking to a rickety computer, but it's a thought from me.

Lol... Something I saw that totally cracks me up... Man, it's great... Lol... Watch for the irony and cynicism behind those sentenses, and take note that the setting's in America, so think western culture... And no, I'm not homo, but just thought that it was funny... Lol...

12 reasons why gay people should not be allowed to get married

1. Homosexuality is not natural, much like eyeglasses, polyester, and birth control.

2. Heterosexual marriages are valid becasue they produce children. Infertile couples and old people can't legally get married because the world needs more children.

3. Obviously, gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.

4. Straight marriage will be less meaningful if Gay marriage is allowed, since Britney Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage was meaningful.

5. Heterosexual marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are property, blacks can't marry whites, and divorce is illegal.

6. Gay marriage should be decided by people, not the courts, because the majority-elected legislatures, not courts, have historically protected the rights of the minorities.

7. Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire counrty. That's why we have only one religion in America.

8. Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.

9. Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.

10. Children can never suceed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why single parents are forbidden to raise children.

11. Gay marriage will change the foundation of society. Heterosexual marriage has been around for a long time, and we could never adapt to new social norms because we haven't adapted to things like cars or longer lifespans.

12. Civil unions, providing most of the same benefits as marriage with a different name are better, because a "seperate but equal" institution is always constitutional. Seperate schools for African-Americans worked just as well as seperate marriages for gays and lesbians will.

Ok, I'm just bored, so I'd just post something short here... Tell ya something extraordinary... I took up writing. Ok, so you go about saying something like, "Really???!!!"... But yes, I even have a site where I post my works and stuff. Amazing? Yeah... That's what I thought too... Lol... Not as in I could actually write, but as in that I actually thought of writing. Man, I'm crazy... But in fact, I've been writing since last year... Lol... Hmm... It's at www.fanfiction.net/~windchimebells , and I mainly write about FF8... Lol... (See? I'm still fanatic about the game. I don't know why.) Probably I won't ever give up on that game... Lol... I'll probably take up drawing for the characters too...

Man... I'm that fanatic...

God... It's 15 minutes to the next day of Valentine's... Man, days do go fast enough... I'm already in mid-month of February... Hmm... About time I got back to updating this darn blog... Lol...

Yep, already gonna be 18 (Whee!) and here I am, landing right smack in the middle of my JC 2 life... God, I can't believe that time's really that fast. Was just talking to Heli and Ven over dinner at LJS when we realised that we were talking about things that had actually happened 4 or 5 years ago... Gosh, that made us sound so old... (I mean, you can't expect us to feel 18 or 19 can you?) It's unbelievable how I'm already out of Xinmin for 1 year or so, and that we are all moving off to somewhere. Waiting for results, heading to universities... Life's just that moving piece of air called Wind.
